• Alex Naqvi, President and CEO
  Alex has been involved in several start up companies during the last 20 years. Most recently, Alex was CEO and founder of Luminous Networks. Prior to this, he held executive management positions at Marvell, IDT, Mylex, Chips and Technologies, and senior manager at Intel. Alex obtained his MSEE from Oregon State University.
• Radoslav Danilak, Ph.D, Chief Technology Officer
  Radoslav Danilak has over 15 years of experience. Radoslav came to SandForce from NVIDIA, where he was senior MCP ASIC engineer and later Senior GPU architect at NVIDIA. Prior to this, he was senior ASIC engineer and architect at Nishan Systems, senior staff engineer at Toshiba, chief processor architect at Gizmo Technologies. He filed more than 80 patents.
• Amaresh Kumar, Vice President, Engineering
  Amaresh Kumar has over 20 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. Amaresh came to SandForce from NVIDIA, where he was Vice President of Engineering for the chipset business. Prior to this, he was a senior manager at Intel. Amaresh has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology at Kanpur, India, and a M.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Syracuse University, New York.
• Ray Holzworth, Vice President, Operations
  Ray Holzworth has over 30 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. Ray came to Sandforce from Magnum Semiconductor, where he was Vice President of Operations. Prior to this, he held Vice President of Operations jobs at Atrua, Transmeta, and PLX. Ray has an MS in Material Science from the University of Florida, an MSEE from Stanford, and an MBA from San Jose State University.
• Andy Tomlin, Sr. Director, Firmware & Software
  

  Andy Tomlin has over 20 years experience in the Storage industry. Andy came to SandForce from Sandisk, where he was Sr. Director of Firmware, Software and Memory Systems. Prior to this he was Sr. Manager at Quantum/Maxtor, and Engineer at IBM in England. Andy has a B. Eng in Special Engineering Programme from Brunel University, England.

• Kent Smith, Sr. Director, Product Marketing
  Kent Smith has over 20 years of product marketing and management experience in the storage and high-tech industry. Prior to SandForce, Kent was the Director of Product Management for SiliconStor, which he and the management team successfully sold to LSI. He was the Director of Product Management at Polycom and also served in senior product management positions at Quantum, Adaptec, and Acer. Kent has a BS in Business Administration and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
